I think i'm really addicted to GE (not necessarily bad :D)

I saw Haunted Mansion starring Eddie Murphy recently and the first thing that came to mind is Torsche Mansion ._. The place even had a butler that looked like Lloyd and floating candlesticks.

:D

2.4 is out! Get your GPoints ready, people, time to spend spend spend!

As for me, I already got my Angie and Karjalainen :D

I think I'll put a step-by-step guide on how to get them now, since most peeps are having problems.

ANGIE
1. Talk to her at Reboldouex Queen's Gate to start the quest, she's not easy to miss; look to the side nearer to the Stone Pit.
2. She will ask you to hunt Skeleton Footmen at King's Garden for 30 Bones.
3. Bring it back to her and you will be instanced to the Stone Pit; defend her while she builds some cannons.
4. After that, another instance; break some stones, about 10 of them I think.
5. She will ask you for 175 Return Scrolls for all three towns(that's gonna eat about 10k GPoints)
6. Then she will ask you to go back to King's Garden to hunt Lazim Lams for their Wings, she needs 50.
7. Go back to her and she'll tell you that her scrolls got stolen, and she asks you to look for Jean.
8. Talk to Jean in Auch and you'll be instanced to watch him Lionheart the living daylights outta the theives (he rushes in and uses one Lionheart and all of them die. WTH.)
9. After the instance you're brought back to Queen's Gate and you get her card. Hurray!

KARJALAINEN
1. Speak to her with a character wearing a level84 and above Andre-made armor i.e. Gladiator, Clara Mago, Rosa Matrimonio. IT CANNOT BE ELITE.
2. Speak to her with Andre next and you will be instanced to defeat her. You can use all 3 characters in the fight, so no worries. If you have even one Veteran this fight should be easy; she's at level 57. She has ALOT of HP tho, she ate my fighter's Mortal Eternity, Croix Fente, Entrer en Lices and my Andre's Cent Ennui before going down.
3. She gives you her card involuntarily. Yay!

Congrats, you just got your new rNPCs! :D

We had PvP training again on Saturday, but I missed the first part of it...

I joined for the GvG and the last 1v1s and some extra for-fun stuff.

Something new in this week's GvG,so to speak. We had a GE PVP version of Survivor; Callisto, Graywolf and Clovisa on on one team, 9 of us in the other team. I can't remember exactly who was there, but I remember Inazuki, Yumeno, Strikov, XxOptimusPrimexX...and then my memory phails me.

Anyway.

You'd think we,with greater numbers, would be voctorious.

You'd be wrong.

Although they were but three families, all three are seasoned players, all geared in elites with excellent stats.

We rushed straight into the fray, hoping that our sheer numbers could overcome the scouts and pierce the fighter's armor.

We forgot the spellcasters.

Graywolf had his M'Boma fly straight in and HoD'd the lot of us,with more AoEs flooding the arena with red casting circles. My team consisted of my Fighter(Veteran), my Scout(45) and my Sage(72).

Needless to say, my scout and sage were taken out as soon as the first AoE was cast. All around me my teammates were overrun, outmaneuvered, and overpowered. Soon, almost our whole team was defeated. After about 10 seconds of pain, my fighter along with the remaining survivors ran like hell, trying to avoid the Attackers team...

I witnessed some of the last warriors fall; Inazuki, who had run past me, ran headlong into an Attacker. He was quickly overpowered, and I only just managed to escape.

After running for a few seconds Callisto and Graywolf spotted me and started chasing me. To be honest, the elementalist chasing me scared me more than a Math lecture.

His movement speed was higher than mine, so after a long chase Callisto managed to take out my fighter.

Little did they expect I had a surprise for them.

While dead Yumeno's Bernelli ran past, the last survivor on his team. He drew the attention of Clovisa and Graywolf and was promptly hunted down and defeated...but not before my Scout auto-ressed.

This was the trump card I never expected to have.

Thankfully, noone had realised this and I managed to ressurect my fighter and rebuff him for extra speed. The attackers were stumped; they had no idea who had ressed and how they had ressed. They went around checking the bodies, making sure the dead were really dead.

After a few moments of agonising bodysearching they realised I was the sole survivor...but how? They had managed to kill my fighter, why was he still running around.

I unveiled my trump card, and the response was...

"Cheater."-Graywolf

All's fair in love and war.

I started running around again, but my scout couldn't keep up. After I was found my scout was defeated and my fighter was left running around for dear life. Graywolf's M'Boma was the only one out of the ones chasing me who could even come close, but when he had to stop and cast a spell, my fighter managed to escape the AoE. Callisto wasn't chasing me I think, only Clovisa and Graywolf. My movement speed was equal to,if not slightly faster, than theirs, hence the wild goose chase. We lost the matched, but I survived.

The next GvGs weren't as memorable, as they ended fairly quickly. My reflexes weren't fast enough to avoid the AoEs and Zeniths, hence my early demise. Something, to note though, Yumeno was the sole survivor in the second GvG...simply because of Invisible Stalker.

One of the matches had my fighter getting ganked by about 3 families. I could have survived, had I been using a defensive stance like High Guard, but sadly I was using Sidewinder.

After the official matches me, Yumeno, SilentWave and Phoenix had a small battle of our own.

I have only one comment.

Most wizard/M'Boma/ETS users think they're invincible against a fighter as they believe the fighter cannot hit airborne targets.

That's 'cuz they think we stick to High Guard, Back Guard, Stave Guard. They underestimate the power of Advanced Garde.

Its been proven. I've dueled several players, and those using wizzies generally underestimate my fighter. They receive a nasty shock when the seemingly land-bound fighter suddenly unleashes a barrage of gunshots and finish off the last of their HP with a savage uppercut-slash.

Wizard users, fear this skill: Entrer en Lices.

Hesperia dueled me before and I pulled it off while he was running; all three of his characters took the full blast of my attack and hit the floor. Same thing happened for Phoenix. At first he was doing OK, but he started running after I tried to kill his Bernelli. I chased him down and killed his dual-Sage with Entrer en Lices.

Yumeno is growing to be a dangerous duelist. His team is constantly underestimated as their HP is quite low, but he is used to his team. He knows his characters like the back of his hand, and already has many tricks up his sleeve. Having dueled him myself, I know his prowess. He is constantly improving, and I shudder to think how strong he will become when he hits veteran and gets elites.

20th December is just around the corner which means...version 2.4 is coming out soon :]

Prepare your G-Points people, there are a bunch of costumes TBR in 2.4. Personally I'm waiting for Irawan's Swimsuit, Swimsuit for Elementalist and Gracielo's costume.

Especially Swimsuit for Elementalist xD

A host of new rNPCs are to be released also; again, my personal faves are Angie and possibly Viki, depending on how hard his quest is gonna be...

It has been a long, gruelling battle. Both sides have put up a brave fight, but...

I present to you the new World Map for Cervantes.

The Colony Wars on the 25th of November saw Fenrir losing hold of their last colonies. With the departure of Forian, it seemed like Fenrir's forces were weakened somewhat, or perhaps they lacked the proper leadership or strength.

Illuminati was supposedly back from their break, but it seemed like they were powerless, unable to take back any colonies at all.

The two giants in Cervantes, like the other giants before them CARNAGE,Dominion and Yakisoba, seems to have fallen.

The two Republican Factions have lost all their colonies. The new owners of colonies include WrathOfGod (which I am currently a part of), Halcyon, Fukkatsu, GuardsOfHonour, Apathy and Vradical Factions.

WoG-3 Colonies
Halcyon-5 Colonies
Fukkatsu-6 Colonies
GuardsOfHonour-2 Colonies(Strangely, both Ustiur Colonies)
Apathy-1 Colony
Vradical-4 Colonies

From the point of veiw of a WoG member...

The war was pretty quiet. War had been declared, but neither of our colonies gotten from the previous war were under heavy attack from the Republican Factions. We had anticipated an onslaught by Illuminati and Fenrir to retake their colonies. However, there were naught but skirmish missions and scouts attacking.

About an hour into the war the El Lago de Tres Hermanas colony was taken by Apathy Faction. Apparently, there was a problem with this; perhaps they had stolen our kill, but a short while later WoG Leader aLKayeL issued a Declaration of War against Apathy Faction, to take the El Lago Colony.

Halfway through our retaking of the colony GuardsOfHonour declared war on Apathy as well; several of their members came to El Lago and started to attack the colony as well. aLKayeL, who was also helping to retake El Lago, immediately stated that if GoH KSed our colony we would declare war on them.

Luckily for them, the colony was claimed by WrathOfGod.

If the war was peaceful before, it was nothing compared to the peace that we experienced after the El Lago colony fell to us.

We were all at our colonies, defending them with our lives. To quote Callisto, a WoG deputy, "Try not to die from the boredom guys". That was how quiet the war was.

Occasionally two or three Families from Fenrir, Illuminati or BaRoN would appear, only to be beat down seconds later by our forces which heavily outnumbered their skirmish teams.

I anticipated a last minute attempt by the Republicans to retaliate, but none came.

A Fenrir member, who died seconds after he came to El Lago de Tres Hermanas, which I was stationed at, saw us spamming Detection, to look for any Wizards using Invisible Stalker. He promptly called us noobs. I will only say that I think he's in no position to comment.

Leveled up recently. Now 67 62 67 >_>

HolyCross may be quitting tho =(

One good thing may come out of this (for me); he says its OK for me to merc his vet Fighter and give it to me 8DD

Now onto more important news...

In the latest CW, some of Illuminati's Colonys were put under pressure from the combined might of WrathOfGod, Vradical, Halcyon and GuardsOfHonour. We attacked systematically, working our way through Illuminati's defences and gaining their colonies. Although they managed to get some back, WrathOfGod kept one Colony at the end of the war. We only had 40 odd people online that day, less than half our manpower. If we were all active we probably could have gotten more tho =(

Let's hope other Factions join in the good fight *chuckles* and try to make the Colonies in Cervantes more balanced.

WoG had PvP practice again on Saturday. Finally there's someone whose level is around mine, GraEspada. (Actually his level is below mine.) To quote Callisto in his WoG blog entry, "...anyone who watched this fight could swear it was unfair. Malzias tore GraEspada’s team apart with his Irawan leaving no choice for GraEspada to admit defeat and vowing for revenge."

After an age of grinding, I finally managed to get Irawan to Lv60!

Its an acheivement for me, cuz Irawan is the character I've trained furthest. He started at Lv1, so yeah. 59 levels.

Turns out WoG is full of fun people. Helpful too =D I've had fun talking to them, squadding with them and occasionally getting pwned by them in our weekly PvP training. I guess they'er the ones who've kept me going more recently.

Of course, I have to thank another bunch of people for the time before I was inducted into WoG; the ex-Aoiyuki Faction members ChenLa,Yumeno and occasionally Hesperia and most of all, Kelvin a.k.a. HolyCross.

I would also wanna take this opportunity to apologise to those WoG members who got PKed by HolyCross a coupla days back. He was in a very very bad mood, he doesn't usually go on a baron spree.

Wheeeeeeeeee Vortex Gaiters+ 2 ACR rings pwn xD

FIRST POST =DDDD

Well, like it says on the top. Tis' the online home of the Malzias Family on Cervantes, a regional Granado Espada server. Here I will be posting screens occasionally about what I've been up to, whether alone, with friends, or with my faction mates. For those who wanna know I am currently affiliated with the WrathOfGod faction.

Well, I guess I'll just start off with my journey so far...

-Created my first team of 3, consists of 2 musketeers and a fighter.
-After reaching about Lv7 created another team, elementalist scout and wizard.
-Ended up deleting wizard, new main team elementalist musketeer scout.
-Tips from HolyCross (also from Cervantes and my RL friend) make my goal to acquire Gracielo; starts grinding to beat him.
-Another reform, fighter elementalist scout. Reforms due to ever-changing tactics.
-Unable to defeat Gracielo, purchases M'Boma card to help. Gracielo acheived, new team Gracielo M'Boma Scout.
-Completes Gracielo's Chapter of Wind quest at lv 40, Chapter of Wind maxed at lv48
-Along came Adelina and Bernelli into the Malzias Barracks. Musketeer and Elementalist deleted.
-Along came Brunie and Guilano into the Malzias Barracks. Both were deleted shortly after.
-M'Boma deleted due to slowness. Replaced with Bernelli.
-Joined Aoiyuki Faction.
-Received Sig Box Set. Scout replaced with ETS
-Andre card purchased, Gracielo replaced. Current team Andre Bernelli ETS.
-Catherine quest completed. Summoner created.
-Aoiyuki Disbands.
-Irawan released. Received a female elementalist mercenary from HolyCross.
-Irawan card received. Plvled Irawan.
-New main team Irawan Elementalist ETS. Many old characters deleted
-Joined WrathOfGod Faction via Yumeno, ex-Aoiyuki
-ETS reaches 60, train Levitation til PSplash maxed.
-Irawan maxed Chapters of Wind and Fire.
-Went on baron spree in Torsche's Mansion, underleveled Irawan pwns bots with ACR.

CURRENTLY:
Main team IRAWAN 57 ELEMENTALIST 64 EMILIA THE SAGE 63
Others SCOUT 44 FIGHTER 34 ADELINA 38 BERNELLI 54 ANDRE 59 GRACIELO 49 CATHERINE 17

I'm probably one of the lowest leveled in Cervantes =/ not by choice, but due to the fact that my parents don't approve of continuous online gaming. Plus, my internet modem is in the living room.
